Hi there!

My name is Marinna, and I am an all-around creative. I have an MFA & BFA degree in Communication Design from Texas State University & I have a decade of design experience across various industries, including healthcare, local government, and sports. Currently, I work as the Creative & Design Manager for a leading healthcare company. My daily work focuses on managing a design team, creative directing and reviewing design work, sourcing vendors, and tinkering with new programs or solving program bug issues. I find joy in being a design mentor for new designers, advocating for the importance of designers/design teams in business, and striving to always create an inclusive, collaborative, and fun work environment.

In my free time, I provide design services to small businesses and love collaborating on creative projects with friends. My goal in life is to grow a tomato; a tomato represents creative freedom to me, staying true to yourself, and is a representation of not getting lost in the corporate cog of it all. My top interests right now are reading physics books, bead embroidering, playing stardew valley, and spending time with my cats.
